Tai Chi Reflection

Today we had Tai Chi. When we walked down to Tai Chi Mr Gordon was there waiting for us. Firstly we got into our lines and did out moves. 

Once we finished doing our moves then we got in a semi-circle and said our positive comment our negative comment and our random act of kindness. Mine was "My name is Carra and my positive comment is it was my aunties wedding on saturday, My negative comment is I was sick in the weekend and my random act of kindness is cleaning my room". Then Mr Gordon said that our power word was courage and he said that when he was in primary there was a old lady that lived across the road from the school and he said that the old lady that lived across the road she had some fruit at the back y rad and kids from the primary jumped over the fence and stole the fruit. Then he said that one day his friend wanted a apple so he said to Mr Gordon to steel on for him but he didn't he had the courage to knock on the door and now through primary, intermediate and college he has been getting fruit from her.

Then Mr Gordon was talking about if you are walking home then walk in a group or if a car parks on the side of the road in the front of you then cross the road so it is difficult because they are in a car. And if they are following you then run or say "STRANGER I DON'T KNOW YOU" then it will give people around you attention to help you.

And if you are going to the toilets make sure you lock the door and look around you if there is no one there because so you are safe. One thing I enjoyed about Tai chi was listening to Mr Gordon's stories.

Technology - Graphics

Today for technology we did phone stand briefs. Firstly we did our brief about the questions about phone stands and then we answered them. Then Ms Ferguson sent us a google drawing and she put boxes in the google drawing and write types of phone stands and we had to put the images of the phone stands then Ms Ferguson told us to come and sit around the table and then Ms Ferguson bring out something that looked like clay but it was called plasticine. She warmed it up with her hands because it was hard then she molded it into a random shape and put a piece of flat wood that was shaped as a mobile phone, She put it on it so it would hold into place. She tried it and she said "If you are making a phone stand put it on a angle so the would see it properly". Then Ms Ferguson gave us a ball of plasticine and we warmed it up and molded it in to a phone stand. Then we put it back and that was the end of technology. My favourite part of technology is molding the plasticine and playing with it.

Yesterday's shared lunch

Shared Lunch

Yesterday we had shared lunch because to celebrate our success of camp raglan, Firstly some student leaders had a speech and then the supervisors that came to camp with us went first and then the student leaders. Then the others went. Then we ate for about the whole lunchtime I was fill. Then we had a surprise because someone won a turn on a bounce castle.

Firstly we cleaned up our class and we walked to the blue bike containers 
 on the bouncy castle we had turns trying to race against the other person next to you. Then we went to class and packed up. Two days later we on lunch time Kelly pulled out our left over shared lunch and we ate it.

My favourite part of the day was having a shared lunch because it was to celebrate the success of Camp Raglan.
