How day & night happens?

IALT:Write how the day and night cycle happens.

 Day and night is caused by the sun and the moon. The sun brings day, the sun brings day by it's light and the moon does not bring night but you can see it at night. Night is caused by the earth moving around the sun, As the earth is moving around the sun it goes dark on half of the earth and on the other half of the earth it is lit up. There is 24 hours in a day which means there is 12 hours night and 12 hours day

The sun helps the moon give light at night by the sun's reflection and the sun's reflection lights up on the moon so you can see it at night as the sun is on the other side of the earth it is hot that is why it is hot in some countries such as deserts and beaches. 

While the moon rotates around the earth the earth rotates around the sun that is also how the day and night cycle happens. You can see the moon night and sometimes you can see the moon in the afternoon but it is faded when you see it.
